Well. I have a few pieces that I'm happy with that you shall see as soon as I get photos of them. Namely my mask, and a quick charcoal drawing I did in basic design 115. I like both. I finally feel like I am developing more to my "true" tastes; the kind of art I want to create, instead of how I used to always end up making fantasy styled things even when I didnt want to. Less painting, more charcoal drawings and more sculptures needed. I feel that these are the things that will help me progress instead of stay in stagnant-fantasy land.
Yes... I'm satisfied with my level of production right now even! Hoorah.
I've got 1 more project to make for my welding course.... a "Vessel". I've been thinking up a few ideas, some I like... we'll see what ends up happening though I guess. Main goal is to make something of the current themes I'm exploring, that is also functional so I can keep it and actually use it! Heh heh.
Anyhow. I am doing well right now, in regards to my level of productiveness. Not something I say very often, so yay. I'll try to step it up even more though ;D.
I think I should make a portfolio website. And apply for that art therapy internship. And make a body of work that is cohesive, to put in a gallery possibly. And collaborate with my dearest ~ZeldasTetra, though neither of us seem to have 2 seconds of free time that matches up. I also think I'll get some anatomy books and begin an intensive study of the interior of the body. And some biology books for strange organisms. Hrm. There are lots of things I want to / need to / have to do.... Where to start?
